Return Policy

We sincerely hope you will enjoy our garments. Nevertheless, should you be dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange by emailing support@malabarswim.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, subject, in each case, to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Please note that purchased garments are only eligible for a refund or exchange if they are returned to us in their original saleable condition (i.e. unworn, undamaged and unwashed with dust bag and all tags and labels attached and intact) together with their original invoice and packaging. Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will confirm by e-mail whether they have been approved for a refund or an exchange, as applicable.

Other than in the case of returns due to manufacturing defects or quality control issues, we unfortunately cannot bear the cost of any returns. We strongly encourage returning all items by means of a tracking service (and retaining your proof of postage), since we are unable to take responsibility for any items that are damaged or lost in transit.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been approved for a refund, you will receive a credit for the full amount paid for the product by means of the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed following our receipt of the returned items.

Returns

Once a returned item has been approved for an exchange, subject to stock availability and receipt of payment for any difference in value between the returned item and the desired new product (if applicable), you will receive confirmation and a tracking number once your new product has been shipped. In the event that the value of a new product is less than that of the returned item, you will receive a credit for the difference by means of the original method of payment. If we do not have in stock the product for which you wish to exchange your originally purchased item, you may elect to receive a credit for the full amount paid therefor by means of the original method of payment. In each case, please allow up to 14 business days for any credit to be processed following our receipt of the returned items.
